Prewashed, with blue loop and X-ray strip
Different from the other two types of lap sponge, the unique 3D bulge effect can only be produced by high-temperature washing and drying process
(our factory has a complete production line).
The advantages are 1: softer to the touch, fluffy 2: better water absorption.
The disadvantage is that the size of pure cotton gauze will be reduced at high temperature, such as the original 45x45cm, after high temperature washing drying process molding size of about 30x30cm.

Yarn means the thickness of each yarn in the gauze, 40Sx40S is the most commonly used weave for medical products, which is finer and softer than 21S or 32S. This means that it will be softer and more skin-friendly when it is made into medical products, and with a good thread/mesh, it will make the product more absorbent.
